The free card at the casino door
If you are playing at Lasseters, you want the Rewards card before you touch a machine. Membership costs nothing: fill in the form at the desk by the casino entrance, show photo ID, and they print the card on the spot. Points rack up on electronic games and designated table games. You spend them across the resort — meals, drinks, rooms, gift shop, some machine play, event tickets. Five tiers run on a rolling six-month cycle (Bronze through Diamond Plus), with extra member offers on What's On when they are live.
That card has nothing to do with signing in on this website. Browser play is Play Online; the plastic card is for the Barrett Drive floor.
Where to sign up
The Rewards service desk sits at the casino entrance on Barrett Drive — not the hotel check-in unless you are there for another reason. Photo ID is mandatory.
- Complete the application at the desk.
- Show valid photo ID.
- Take the card before you head to the floor or the restaurants.
Leave without it and you can still dine or sleep on site. You just will not earn or redeem until you come back with the card.
On the floor:
- Pokies — insert the card, wait for the reader to accept it, then play. Balance shows on the screen.
- Tables — hand the card to the croupier when you sit. Not every table in the pit earns points. Ask if they matter to you.
Points and redemption
Lasseters quotes one hundred points equal one dollar in redemption value (one point equals one cent). Show the card before you pay or play.

Tiers and the six-month reset
Every six months Lasseters reviews the points you earned in that window and sets your tier for the next stretch — up, down, or the same. Regrading notice goes out by mail.

Platinum and above get the Members Lounge — 54 electronic games, private bar, weekly lounge promos. Hotel guests on the property can use it too. Bronze and Gold stay on the main floor.
Earning that actually counts
- Card before buttons on pokies — no retroactive points if the reader never accepted the card.
- Card to the croupier at designated tables — a full session at American Roulette or Blackjack earns nothing if the card never reached the pit.
- Dress code and 18+ — same as the rest of the licensed floor.
- TAB and Keno — separate products.
- Pay at the bar first, card second — staff need the card before the transaction to link the spend to your account.
Member nights on What's On
Offers swap in and out, but you will keep seeing these three:
- Raise the Steaks — Juicy Rump, Thursday from 5:00 pm (when advertised): steak receipt to the Rewards desk, Free Play equal to the steak price the same day, one redemption per member per week.
- Monster Members— Wednesdays (when advertised): swipe the card between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm for a draw entry; minor prize nights alternate with a bigger monthly draw. Already at Juicy Rump on a Wednesday? Ask what's on that night — then check What's On or the Rewards desk before you swipe.
- Racing and cup days — power hours, carded Lucky Time prizes, lounge refreshments when listed.
