What these terms cover

Play Online on this site is your browser account — lobby, cashier, promotions, support. Walking into Lasseters at 93 Barrett Drive, Alice Springs NT 0870 is a different matter: dress codes, Lasseters Rewards, hotel bookings and on-site conduct all live at lasseters.com.au.

Alice Springs Casino Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 36 160 572 513) runs the licensed venue as Lasseters Hotel Casino. Browser play is another product with its own login and balances. Register, deposit or bet, and you accept these Terms plus whatever rules sit next to that feature. Once you are logged in, trust the cashier and offer fine print over any public guide.

Who may open an account

Eighteen or older — same cut-off as the Alice Springs casino floor. One person, one account. Open a duplicate and it may be suspended or merged while we sort it out.

Check that online gambling is lawful where you are before you register. A form that accepts your details does not make play legal from a restricted location. Proof of age, identity or residence can be requested before or after sign-up. Accounts get refused or restricted when the paperwork does not stack up.

Your login and account security

Accurate details, kept current. Real name, correct date of birth, ID that matches. The account is yours — do not share the login.

Guard your password. If someone else may have signed in as you, tell us straight away; activity under your session counts as yours. While a security issue is investigated, the account can sit restricted for a while. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless an offer states otherwise.

The Rewards card is a different wallet

Lasseters Rewards is free at the casino entrance: application, photo ID, card printed on the spot. Points on electronic games (card in before play) and designated tables (card to the croupier). One hundred points equal A$1 on the resort programme.

That card does not open Play Online. What's On draws, Free Play and resort redemptions need the plastic on the floor. Bronze through Diamond Plus exists online too, on a separate six-month cycle from lobby wagering here. Balances do not travel. Tier status does not travel.

Games and what you must not do

Each game carries its own rules after login — stakes, availability and settlement can differ by product and supplier. Read the screen before you confirm. Bets can be corrected, cancelled or refunded when product rules, a technical fault, security or the law require it.

Off limits:

• Fraud, collusion or abusing or manipulating a promotion
• Fake details or someone else's card, PayID or bank account
• Hiding where you are, or using bots and scripts to bet for you
• A minor on your account, or signing up under 18
• Multiple accounts to farm bonuses
• Grinding a promo with no real intention of normal play

Sessions are logged when required for security, dispute resolution or regulatory compliance. The casino floor has its own cameras and house rules.

Bonuses, tiers and the Promotions tab

Every offer comes with conditions at opt-in — who qualifies, wagering, which games count, stake caps, expiry, what happens at withdrawal. Open Promotions or the cashier after login. That is where the numbers live. Usually one bonus per balance.

Bronze through Diamond Plus tiers online reset on a six-month review from lobby points. One hundred points equal A$1 where redemption is allowed. Breach the offer terms, fail eligibility, or give us reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, and the bonus can be refused or removed.

Deposits, withdrawals and identity checks

Minimum deposit A$20; minimum withdrawal A$50 unless the cashier states otherwise. The typical routes are Visa, Mastercard, PayID and bank transfer where listed. Use only payment methods you own. Payouts go to PayID or a bank account in your own name — third-party details get rejected.

Australian AML/CTF rules block outbound money until your government photo ID matches the details on your account. Upload passport or driver licence through the cashier before your first withdrawal where possible — verify first, withdraw second. Many first cash-outs stall because ID went in after the request, not before.

Where you may play from

Do not play from an excluded location. Do not use software to pretend you are somewhere else. These services are for people who may lawfully gamble online from where they actually are — not for testing whether the form will accept a VPN. Unsure? Responsible play and self-exclusion

Suspension, closure and your balance

An account can be suspended, restricted or closed when these Terms are broken, verification never finishes, security looks shaky, conduct is prohibited, the location is wrong, or the law otherwise requires it.

What happens to the balance, open bets and pending transactions depends on the account rules and any legal obligations we cannot ignore. Want out? Request closure through the account or support.

Privacy, liability and updates

The same name on the building does not mean one shared database. Payment processors and game suppliers see only what they need to do their job.

The site runs on a best-efforts basis. Maintenance happens; providers go down. Liability is capped where Australian law allows. You can lose money — no tier badge or bonus line promises a profit.
